This policy explains how Köfi Köfi (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through kofikofi.com.au. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to answer your enquiry.
What we collect
When you send a catering quote request or custom cake enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- your name, phone number and email address
- event details such as the date, event type, guest numbers, pickup or delivery, and your suburb
- anything you write in the message, including dietary needs or allergies
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage your order. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
How it’s sent and stored
Form submissions are sent to our email inbox using an email delivery service, which may process data outside Australia. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them for your order and our business records.
Maps and third-party links
Our contact and visit sections include an embedded Google Map, which loads as you scroll to it. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map. Links to Instagram and Google open their websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Access and correction
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below.
